Custom orders may involve products, artwork, quantities, colors, personalization, or specifications that are different from standard listings.

1. Quote & Approval

Custom orders may require a written quote, design details, proof, and customer approval before production.

2. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and confirming approved specifications.

3. Production

Custom production begins after required information, approvals, and payment requirements are complete. Changes may not be possible after production begins.

4. Pricing

Custom pricing may differ from standard listing prices based on materials, personalization, design work, quantity, production requirements, and other agreed specifications.

For custom orders or group orders, contact Customer Care before placing an order when a standard listing does not meet your needs.
