1. Delivery
Digital files are delivered using the method identified in the applicable listing or purchasing platform.
2. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for compatible devices, software, storage, and internet access needed to download and use digital files.
3. Download Problems
If a purchased file cannot be accessed or downloaded as described, contact Customer Care with the order information so we can help resolve the issue.
4. Returns & Refunds
Digital products generally cannot be returned. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, applicable platform rules, and applicable law.
