Family Photo Creation FAQ
What kinds of photos can I use?
Family portraits, parent-and-child photos, grandparents and grandchildren, siblings, couples, babies, children, pets and families, vacations, celebrations and other customer-authorized images may be suitable depending on the requested style.
Can I use a photo from someone else?
Only submit images you own or have permission to use for the requested creation.
What if my photo is blurry?
We may ask for a clearer original image. Image quality can affect the available design result.
Will I see a proof?
Proof requirements depend on the product and workflow. If a proof is required, approval is expected before production.
Can one photo be used on multiple products?
The Family Memories system is designed around a one-memory-many-possibilities approach. Availability depends on the selected design and products.
Can I change my design after approval?
Contact customer care as soon as possible. Once an approved personalized order has entered production, changes may be limited.
What happens if my photo cannot be used?
We will request clarification or a replacement image when possible. If the requested creation cannot be completed, the applicable store policies will govern the next step.
Can I request copyrighted characters or logos?
Only when you have the necessary authorization. See the Brand, Character & Artwork Authorization information before submitting third-party artwork.
