Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

1. Before Shipment

Contact us immediately if you discover an address error. We will make reasonable efforts to correct an address before fulfillment or shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

2. After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, the address may no longer be changeable. If the package is returned or requires reshipment because of an address supplied incorrectly by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply when reshipment is possible.
