Personalized products are created using customer-provided information and selections.
1. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, dates, numbers, wording, colors, sizes, images, and other submitted details before checkout.
2. Production
Personalized products may enter production after the order is received. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
3. Customer Errors
An item made according to the information submitted by the customer may not qualify for replacement or refund because of a customer-provided error.
4. Seller Errors
If we make an error in producing or fulfilling an order, contact Customer Care so the issue can be reviewed.
This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
