Photo Upload & Approval Policy
Family Memories & Photo Creations are made from customer-provided photos, artwork, names and other personalization details. This page explains how uploaded images are handled during the design and approval process.
1. Upload photos you are authorized to use
Please submit photos, artwork and other content that you own or have permission to use. By submitting an image, you confirm that you have the right to request its use for your order.
2. Photo quality
Use the clearest original photo available. Very small, blurry, heavily cropped, dark or low-resolution images may limit what can be created. If an image cannot reasonably be used, we will contact you before production when possible.
3. Personalization and design
Provide names, dates, wording, colors and other requested details carefully. Spelling and personalization should be reviewed before approval.
4. Proof and approval
When a proof is required, production should not begin until the required approval is received. Once approved, changes may be limited or may require a new order or additional charge depending on the work involved.
5. If your photo cannot be used
If the submitted image is unsuitable for the requested creation, we may ask for a replacement image or clarification. If the requested design cannot reasonably be completed, the order will be handled according to the applicable cancellation, refund and personalized-product policies.
6. Privacy and customer communication
Customer photos are used to fulfill the requested creation and are handled according to the store's Privacy Policy and applicable customer-care procedures. We may contact you when information, a replacement image or approval is needed.
7. Copyright, trademarks and third-party artwork
Do not submit copyrighted, trademarked or licensed artwork unless you have authorization to use it. Additional requirements may apply to character, brand or artwork requests.
