Etsy orders are also subject to Etsy's applicable marketplace rules, buyer and seller protections, payment procedures, and listing requirements. Where platform requirements apply, they are followed for Etsy transactions.
3. eBay
eBay orders are also subject to eBay's applicable marketplace rules, buyer protections, payment procedures, shipping requirements, and listing requirements. Where platform requirements apply, they are followed for eBay transactions.
4. Website Orders
Orders placed through the Personalized Creations by Angela™ website are governed by the website's posted policies and terms, subject to applicable law and any payment or fulfillment provider requirements.
5. Digital Products
Digital products follow the Digital Download Policy and Instant Download Policy, as applicable to the specific listing. Digital products are generally delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.
6. Print-on-Demand Products
Print-on-demand products may be produced after an order is placed by a third-party production or fulfillment partner. Product-specific production, shipping, return, personalization, and defect procedures apply according to the listing and applicable policies.
7. Platform Rules
If a marketplace or payment provider imposes a mandatory requirement that applies to a transaction, that requirement may control the transaction to the extent required. Nothing on this page is intended to reduce a customer's rights under applicable law.
