When a product or custom order includes a proof or approval step, the proof is intended to confirm the personalization and design before production.

1. Customer Review

Customers should carefully review spelling, names, dates, wording, colors, layout, and other details shown in the proof.

2. Approval

Approval confirms that the customer has reviewed the presented information. Production may begin after approval or after the applicable approval period stated in the order instructions.

3. Changes After Approval

Changes requested after approval or after production begins may require additional charges or may not be possible.

4. No-Proof Items

Not every product requires a separate proof. The individual product listing or order instructions will identify when a proof is provided.
